4. Sensors

Sensor1: Paper fan short sensor(if there are less paper fans, the alarm will sound an alarm.)

Sensor2: Paaer fan coming detect sensor: send the signal to ultrasonic, prepare to work.

Sensor3: Sensor for sending signal to ultrasonic.

Sensor4: Cup body transfer sensor, if it detect that the no coming cup body, then it will send signal to stop machine

Sensor5: Cup pass sensor, If the cup is not discharged from the mould and pass by. Then machine give an alarm.

Sensor6: Cup push up Sensor, If the cup is not pushed up to the colleting stack or pass by. Then machine will give an alarm.

Sensor7: Cup drop sensor, if it detect the cup drop out from the mould, the alarm will give the alarm.

Sensor8: Cup transfer sensor, only detect cup body on mould, then feed and punch bottom paper.

Sensor9: Bottom paper short sensor, if bottom paper feed short, then send signal to stop sucking down paper fan and give an alarm. Stop machine after finishing 15 cups.
